SAFE OPERATION

  • Avoid water beyond the inevitable rainfall. Be aware of heavy rains as the renter is responsible for any damages, including electrical.

  • SLOW DOWN FOR TURNS

  • In case of getting stuck: Usually a small push or pull works. Try with the rider dismounted while using the throttle.

  • Renters are responsible for themselves.

  • Unsafe use is not allowed. If observed, renter risks contract termination and forfeiture of fees.

  • Minors must be accompanied at all times.

  • If in doubt, DON’T! Use common sense.

  • Rescue fees will apply. This does NOT include mechanical/electrical failures that mobilityflorence, llc deems equipment failure and NOT renter misuse.

  • The batteries in you MMEV are sealed lead acid (SLA) and require recharging as soon as possible after use, even partial use. Keep the charger plugged into the charging port as much as possible when not in use: SLA batteries like being at peak voltage. Plan your charging for maximum range and power. If you “run out of juice” wait 10 or 15 minutes and the batteries will self-recharge somewhat and allow a very short emergency run to the nearest outlet. KEEP YOUR CHARGER WITH THE SCOOTER.  Rescue fees for dead batteries will apply. Note: Battery charges get quite hot, place accordingly.

  • In case of mechanical failure, call for help immediately.
