Mobility Scooter Service
Virtually all electric vehicles, whether automobiles, e-bikes/e-trikes, stand-up or mobility scooters, and electric wheelchairs all use the same basic components: A motor, a controller, a throttle/speed regulator, and a battery.
Most mobility scooters use two 12 volt Sealed Lead Acid (SLA) batteries in series that are spill and leak proof. Larger, “high end” models often use 36 and 48 volts configurations by adding one or two additional batteries in series. E-bikes/e-trikes typically use Lithium Ion batteries. mobilityflorence.com is familiar and comfortable working with most common battery types and chemistries.
